Training from January to Easter Holiday

Parents

From this Thursday onwards P1-P7 training will be combined and training times will be from 6.30pm-7.30pm.  The change has become necessary as numbers have now fallen to an amount that will be easier altogether.  The training will be combined from now until Easter break and the training will also be suitable for the range of abilities/ages we will have to ensure all the kids benefit fully.

Please can you ensure your child has the appropriate footwear on please (trainers) and is wearing their training kit.  There will be no fees taken this session this is because we may have to cancel a few weeks due to work commitments of the coaches, however we will advise you in plenty of time and is something that can’t be helped.

The coaches are looking forward to it, hopefully you are all too?

TRAINING STARTS AGAIN :-)

Parents

Training will start up again after the Easter break with training each Thursday starting at 6.30pm until 7.30pm (ish).   Both age groups will be together and training will be held in the Park (football pitch).

Please ensure your child takes suitable clothing in case it’s wet, including football boots to be worn at all times whilst training on the grass, shin pads also are a must for training.  Unless the weather is really bad the training will always be at the park starting 6.30 sharp.

Please ensure a water bottle (or non fizzy drink) is taken at training at all times.

We are all looking forward to getting outside and working on different things with all the kids with some new exciting skills to be learnt.

Matches last Saturday

Just a quick note to say well done to all the players for the efforts last Saturday.  The teams both did well and to be honest were both unlucky to be defeated with P6-7′s losing 8-6 and P4-5′s losing 4-3.  The players gave their all and there was some good football being played by both teams.

Better luck in next game and good luck everyone.
